Dr. César Hita Antón completed his medical studies at the Faculty of Medicine of the Autonomous University of Madrid. He later specialized in Ophthalmology via the Spanish national MIR program at Hospital Universitario de Getafe, where he worked for five years before moving to Hospital Universitario de Torrejón, where he has been practicing since 2011 in the Oculoplastic Surgery Unit, which includes eyelid, lacrimal system, and orbital procedures.
At the hospital, he routinely performs eyelid surgeries, including blepharoplasties, ptosis correction (eyelid drooping) using various surgical techniques, malposition corrections (such as ectropion, or outward turning of the lower eyelid, and entropion, or inward turning), eyelid oncology procedures, as well as reconstructive surgeries following trauma. As an ophthalmologist, he is a member of two scientific societies: the SEO (Spanish Society of Ophthalmology) and the SECPOO (Spanish Society of Oculoplastic, Orbital, and Lacrimal Surgery).
Dr. Hita’s interest in aesthetics led him in 2014 to complete a Master’s Degree in Aesthetic Medicine at the Complutense University of Madrid, where he graduated with honors. Since then, he has joined two scientific societies in the aesthetic field: SEME (Spanish Society of Aesthetic Medicine) and the Madrid Association of Aesthetic Medicine.
He has also enhanced his expertise in facial aesthetics through training with renowned specialists such as Dr. Amselem, Dr. Ontañón, Dr. Fernández, Dr. Mira, and Dr. Ruiz del Cueto.
He is currently an active participant in continuing education courses to ensure that his treatments meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.
His main areas of expertise include facial treatments with botulinum toxin and dermal fillers, with a special focus on the periocular and lip areas, as well as the use of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and mesotherapy to improve skin quality, and the application of thread lifting techniques.
