Dr. César Hita Antón studied Medicine at the Faculty of Medicine of the Autonomous University of Madrid. Later he completed the specialty of Ophthalmology via MIR at the University Hospital of Getafe. He worked there for 5 years until he moved to the Torrejón University Hospital where, since 2011, he has carried out his professional activity in the Oculoplastics Section, which includes the treatment of eyelids, tear ducts and orbits.
At the hospital he regularly performs eyelid surgeries, from blepharoplasties, surgery for eyelid ptosis (drooping of the eyelid) using different surgical techniques, surgery for eyelid malpositions (ectropion, or everted lower eyelid, and entropion, or inverted lower eyelid), eyelid oncological pathology as well as rehabilitative surgery after previous trauma. As an Ophthalmologist he belongs to two scientific societies: the SEO (Spanish Society of Ophthalmology) and the SECPOO (Spanish Society of Ocular and Orbital Plastic Surgery).
Dr. Hita’s concern for aesthetics led him in 2014 to complete the Master’s Degree in Aesthetic Medicine at the Complutense University of Madrid where he obtained the highest grade (passable with honorable mention). Since then it has become one of two scientific societies: the SEME (Spanish Society of Aesthetic Medicine) and the Association of Aesthetic Medicine of Madrid. He has completed his training in facial aesthetics with doctors with extensive experience such as Dr. Amselem, Dr. Ontañón, Dr. Fernández, Dr. Look or Dr. Ruiz del Cueto.
Currently, he regularly participates in continuing training courses so that his treatments meet the highest quality and cutting-edge standards.
The areas of work in which he stands out are facial treatment with botulinum toxin and fillers, especially the periocular and labial area, as well as the use of platelet-rich plasma and mesotherapy to improve patients’ skin and the implantation of tension threads. .
