Plastic surgeon in Madrid, Dr Eduardo Forcada Melero is specialized in aesthetic surgery, with a special vocation for aesthetic breast surgery, body contouring surgery and facial aesthetic surgery. He is a member of the SECPRE (Spanish Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery), AECEP (Spanish Association of Plastic Aesthetic Surgery) and ISAPS (International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery) and a consultant for GCAesthetics.
Since 2010 he has directed a medical team in Madrid and Ibiza (aesthetic medicine, radiologists, ophthalmologists, anesthetists) that together constitute CLÍNICA FORCADA.
His professional experience begins, once he graduated in Medicine from the Complutense University of Madrid, in the Plastic Surgery service of the Doce de Octubre Hospital in Madrid. During his residency, he combines his work as a resident doctor with academic work that culminates in the publication of the book GUÍA MIR, the keys to preparation. He completes his surgical training with rotations in plastic surgery services abroad, specifically in New York (NYU Langone Medical Center) and Los Angeles (Hoag Hospital Newport Beach). Upon finishing his residency, he specialized in aesthetic surgery as a fellow of Dr Antonio de la Fuente at the Ruber Internacional Hospital in Madrid.
At the end of 2010 he founded CLÍNICA FORCADA and began his work as an aesthetic plastic surgeon and as an entrepreneur. In 2014 he was appointed consultant to GCAesthetics. In 2015 he opened his clinic in Ibiza, at the Nuestra Señora del Rosario Policlínica. In 2016 it expanded and moved its clinic in Madrid to Calle General Yagüe 13. In 2017 he was appointed head of the plastic surgery unit of the NUESTRA SEÑORA DEL ROSARIO POLICLÍNICA GROUP (EIVIESTETIC). During these years, an associated medical team has been created in order to provide maximum aesthetic medical care to each patient, selecting the best qualified professionals in each area.
He has given talks on plastic surgery internationally since 2014 (Romania, Buenos Aires…) and participates annually in international aesthetic surgery conferences (Dallas, Cutting Edge New York…).
